Im Dez. 2021 hatte ich die Idee zu einem "DIY-Spaßprojekt" angekündigt (klick HIER) und zwar ein Pumpensystem zur automatischen Befüllung meiner neuen Plattenwaschmaschine die "HumminGuru".
Die "HumminGuru" ist eine neue Plattenwaschmaschine mit Ultraschall, die erst im Nov. 2021 auf dem Markt gekommen ist.Um das Gerät möglichst kostengünstig anbieten zu können hat HumminGuru auf diverse Komfortfunktionen verzichtet, die beispielsweise die sehr teuren HighEnd-Geräte haben. Z.B. muss man beim HumminGuru die Reinigungsflüssigkeit nach jedem Reinigungsvorgang von einem Auffangbehälter händisch in das Ultraschallbad zurück kippen (das machen die teuren Geräte automatisch).
Nachdem ich das Umfüllen viele Male gemacht habe (mittlerweile habe ich fast 100 LP gereinigt), da bin ich auf die Idee gekommen, das Umfüllen mit Hilfe einer Minipumpe zu automatisieren. Noch im Dezember habe ich mir das System ausgedacht und die notwendigen Teile (Pumpe, Elektronik, Schläuche, Klebeband etc.) bestellt. Zu meiner Überraschung wurden die Teile schon Anfang Januar geliefert und ich konnte jetzt den Zusammenbau und die Tests erfolgreich abschließen.

Welche Reinigung sflüssigkeit empfiehlst du für diese Platten Waschmaschine?

Hallo Marc,
ich benutze
- 95 Teile BiDest (2-fach destilliertes Wasser, auch als Laborwasser bekannt)
- ca. 5 Teile Isopropylalkohol (2-Propanol)
- ein paar Tropfen Netzmittel (z.B. Tentenal Mirasol 2000 oder Ilford Ilfotol).

Hi Alfred, Great idea!! I love the automation of your project to make HG even more comfotable *****. Good now with my 2 left hands, I doubt to arrive at your result.
And great for the documentation and purchase link of certain parts, very appreciated ♥
Now for the connections, it's another story, when you don't know what to do (sniff)
I also use here in Belgium the Mirasol, what is your dosage after all your tests and do you practice rinsing afterwards?

Dear Mike,
that's my cleaning liquid mix (DIY dosage):
- 95 ingredient BiDest ( double destilled water)
- around 5 ingredient Isopropyl alcohol (2-Propanol)
- one or two drop Mirasol 2000 oder Ilford Ilfotol
You will get some foam, but disappears during the drying cycle.

It's not won (am really not a handyman :( )
I'm looking on amazon for most of the parts but I can't find !!, I also tried eBay, as you suggest but I can't find everything.
Do you have any links to each piece by any chance ?

Dear Mike,
all the electronic parts (motor, timer-unit, power-supply, switches,) are bought in Germans eBay (www.eby.de). Even the white tube connectors und water filter, too.
All the other parts, like the two grey plastic houses, white silicon tubes, cables, cable connectors, I've bought this pieces in local hardware stores.
To buildup the whole system, you need mechanical skills, electric skills (230 high voltage!!!) and electonic skills (connect and adjust the timer).
It's looks simple but in reality there is a lot work.
If you are not a handyman, so think twice to do it.
